CANCELLATION POLICY

This Cancellation Policy applies to all services booked with Star Limo Saint John.
1. Local & Airport Transfers (Saint John Area)
For local transfers and airport services within the Saint John area:
• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time
• Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged up to 100% of the fare
2. Long-Distance & Out-of-Town Services
For services including (but not limited to):
• Fredericton
• Moncton
• St. Andrews
• Other out-of-town destinations
• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time
• Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged up to 100% of the fare
3. No-Shows
A no-show occurs when:
• The passenger is not present at the pickup location, and
• No contact is made with Star Limo Saint John
Grace periods:
• 15 minutes for local pickups
• 30 minutes for airport and long-distance pickups
After this period, the booking may be charged in full.
4. Flight-Related Changes
If a flight is delayed, cancelled, or rebooked:
• The customer must notify Star Limo Saint John as soon as possible
• Failure to notify may result in a no-show charge
Flight monitoring is provided as a courtesy and does not replace customer responsibility.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds (when applicable) will be processed using the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on the payment provider.
6. Acceptance
By completing a booking, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation Policy.
