By booking transportation services with Star Limo Saint John, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1.⁠ ⁠Booking & Confirmation
A reservation is considered confirmed when:
• The booking form has been submitted, and
• Payment has been completed (for flat-rate bookings), or
• A written confirmation has been sent by Star Limo Saint John (for quote-based services).
Star Limo Saint John reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings due to vehicle availability, safety concerns, or operational constraints.

2.⁠ ⁠Pricing & Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
• Credit and debit cards
• Online payment via Square
• In-vehicle credit/debit payment
• Cash

All prices are subject to applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Prices quoted are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Significant changes to the itinerary may result in a revised price.

3.⁠ ⁠Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations and no-shows are governed by our Cancellation Policy, available on a dedicated page and accepted at checkout.
Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup location without notice may result in a full-fare charge.

4.⁠ ⁠Flight Delays & Schedule Changes
When flight details are provided, we monitor flights as a courtesy.
However:
• Flight delays do not automatically cancel a reservation
• Customers must notify us of cancellations, rebookings, or major schedule changes as soon as possible
Star Limo Saint John is not responsible for missed connections due to airline or airport disruptions.

5.⁠ ⁠Vehicle Capacity & Luggage
Passenger and luggage limits must be respected for safety and insurance compliance.
If incorrect passenger or luggage information is provided, Star Limo Saint John reserves the right to:
• Adjust the vehicle type, or
• Apply additional charges, or
• Refuse service if safety is compromised.

6.⁠ ⁠Conduct & Vehicle Care
The following are not permitted in our vehicles:
• Smoking or vaping
• Open alcohol containers
• Abusive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior
• Actions causing damage or excessive soiling
Cleaning or damage fees may apply where necessary.

7.⁠ ⁠Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in fares.
Tips are optional and may be given directly to the chauffeur or added via invoice.

8.⁠ ⁠Delays, Weather & External Conditions
Star Limo Saint John is not liable for delays caused by:
• Traffic conditions
• Weather events
• Road closures
• Border delays
• Accidents or emergencies
Customers are encouraged to allow sufficient travel time, especially for airport departures.

9.⁠ ⁠Personal Belongings
Star Limo Saint John is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
Lost items will be returned when possible but cannot be guaranteed.

10.⁠ ⁠Privacy
Customer information is used solely for:
• Booking management
• Dispatch and service delivery
• Payment processing
• Communication related to the service
We do not sell or share customer data.

11.⁠ ⁠AcceptanceBy completing a booking, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Cancellation Policy.
